Legacy is looking for energetic, outgoing event supervisors to coordinate and execute on-site promotional events for a large, well-known spirits client. Candidates must have 2-3 years previous promotion/event experience, be available to work nights and weekends, and have reliable transportation. This position reports to the Division Field Manager.
Management, Training, and Compliance
  • Recruit, train, and manage MBN (Managed Bar Night) Supervisors to execute brand-specific promotions while maintaining required staffing levels to support all planned programs
  • Recruit, train, and manage a pool of Field Ambassadors
  • Facilitate compliance checks and secret shop visits
Managed Bar Night Program Coordination
  • Establish and maintain relationships with accounts (Bars, Restaurants and Clubs)
  • Work with distributor personnel to ensure sufficient quantity of product is in venue to support scheduled events/promotions
  • Ensure quality execution and retailer satisfaction
  • Coordinate delivery of POS kits and other materials required to support execution of MBN (Managed Bar Night) events
  • MBN Program Execution (Event Supervisor will only execute MBN’s in market as needed; they are primarily in place to manage MBN Supervisors and overall MBN programming)
  • Sell-in and schedule MBN program to selected retail customers in collaboration with the local client and distributor personnel. Ensure bar spend/drink feature/sampling amount and terms are finalized
  • Coordinate staff schedules for planned MBN’s
  • Decorate/merchandise accounts as appropriate if it is part of program plan
  • Coordinate payment of bar tabs within approved budget framework
  • Maintain inventory of uniforms and other reusable POS elements sufficient to support programming
  • Manage POS items and other materials required to support execution
Client Services
  • Build and establish relationships with local clients
  • Serve as point person and key local contact for the client within a designated territory
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills Required
  • 2-3 years experience in marketing, including promotions and/or event execution
  • Previous experience with spirits promotions required
  • Strong knowledge of local nightlife required
  • Outgoing, personable, and comfortable interacting with a wide variety of target consumers
  • Exceptional work ethic
  • Flexible, willing to work nontraditional hours, including nights and weekends
  • Must be reliable, punctual and able to provide your own transportation
  • Clean driving record required
