To be successful in our assistant roles, these individuals exercise excellent judgment, have exceptional communication skills, demonstrate strong customer service and professionalism and are self-starters. They are strong problem-solvers and show initiative to work creatively, support their managers proactively and work within a team environment.

Examples of typical responsibilities would include:
  • Coordinating and scheduling complex meetings and events involving participants in multiple locations, compiling meeting agendas, reserving meeting space and arranging all details
  • Interacting with internal clients in person, via phone, and via email
  • Creating and updating PowerPoint presentations and proofreading documents
  • Making travel arrangements and creating expense reports
  • Creating and updating reports utilizing various databases and Excel
  • Various department specific projects

Hiring Criteria
What would we like to see in your background?
  • A minimum of 3 years of previous Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience with electronic calendaring
  • Experience supporting multiple senior leaders in a corporate environment
  • Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements, both domestic and international
  • A desire and demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and leverage opportunities for process improvements
  • Ability to compile data and complex information into useful summaries and reports
