Comprehensive Services is seeking an Executive Assistant for the Charlotte Toringdon service center. This position will not only support key executives within Comprehensive Services but also act as receptionist and office liaison for the Charlotte Toringdon service center.

Performs complex clerical, administrative and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature.
Routes and answers correspondence not requiring supervisor’s attention.
I ndependently establishes, organizes and maintains files of supervisor’s correspondence and initiates follow up as needed.
Compiles, analyzes and summarizes statistics and information.
Communicates new policies and procedures to the department and coordinates the gathering of information as directed, using independent judgment to achieve desired results.
Creates formulas/formats of moderate complexity and determines hardware/ software requirements.
Coordinates off-site meetings and conventions.
May provide support to other members of senior management.
Processes expense reports.
May provide administrative support for other departments or leaders.
Must be innovative and make substantial individual judgments and recommendations.
May have responsibility for vendor and Internet research, analysis, contract and price negotiation.
Substantial contact with internal/external individuals at all levels.
Must be able to work with associates in multiple roles and with all levels including senior management.
Acts as service center receptionist and office liaison.
Experience, Skills, Academic:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Requires substantial kno wledge of the department’s operations and policies and company procedures.
Effective listening and verbal communication skills are necessary.
Ability to handle matters that are confidential.
Proven ability in assembling, compiling, analyzing and summarizing data necessary.
Must be assertive, creative and be able to work independently and anticipate and address issues in the supervisor’s absence.
Independent thought, ability to be innovative, and decision-making skills are needed.
Experience as an Administrative Assistant II with resulting knowledge of PC/word processing equipment and advanced functions of software packages (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Typing ability of 60-WPM and proven proficiency in complex clerical, administrative and general office duties required.
Familiarity with the Internet required.
