TRISUN Healthcare is currently hiring an Executive Assistant to support our Medical Records team in Austin, Texas!!!
Under the direct supervision of the Executive Assistant to COO this position provides administrative and secretarial support for one or more executives in the TRISUN Resource Center. Primary responsibilities include financial record keeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, processing documents, filing, maintaining supplies, and working on special projects. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified work load.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receives, sorts, files and retrieves forms, correspondence and documents from facilities.
Processes documents, maintain files and records that are submitted by the facilities.
Compiles and tracks reports and summaries of work; updates, checks and completes records for marketing purposes.
Project Coordinator for companywide marketing surveys, and works closely with other Harden companies’ marketers.
Orders and tracks the production of all marketing collateral.
Researches, records, disburses information, and acts as a liaison between the Resource Center and vendors.
Tracks all capital expenses for environmental and clinical expenditures.
Works closely with Accounts Payable on invoices/Capital Expenses and acts as a liaison to vendors.
Verifies that medical records are HIPPA compliant and coordinates production.
Processes and distributes confidential and sensitive reports as needed.
Maintains and updates the TRISUN website and social media as needed.
Documents and tracks calls that come through the TRISUN Care Line.
May coordinate calendars, schedules, meetings, conference calls, training and travel arrangements.
Operates and maintains a variety of office equipment.
May orient and train other staff on clerical duties and online systems as needed.
Maintains confidentiality of necessary information.
All other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :
No direct reports
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Two years experience in clerical work or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
