Will provide general office assistance and administrative support to the Corporate Real Estate and Administration (including Facilities, Security and Safety) department. Will provide a variety of administrative support including phone support and messaging, preparing correspondence, travel arrangements, expense reimbursement, mail, coordinating/scheduling meetings and vendor visits, calendar management, organizing files and projects, creating purchase orders and invoice processing.
Requires five or more years proven background in providing administrative and general office support in a highly dynamic corporate environment and advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) skills. A related degree and/or training is preferred.
Candidates must have the proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and possess excellent attention to detail, time management and written/verbal communication skills. In addition, must be resourceful and proactive, be comfortable working cross-functionally and with all levels to accomplish tasks and maintain discretion and confidentiality when working with sensitive information. Must be able to work overtime as required.
