Well-Known company looking to hire an Executive Assistant w/Entertainment background (PR, Music, Film, Radio, TV, Legal).

Answering phones, preparing expense reports, typing, mail, photocopies, sending and receiving faxes, filing, etc. Maintains organized information & work flow systems for VP. Develops and maintains numerous databases including files and phone logs. Coordinates daily schedule of key activities including setting up appointments, arranging meetings and coordinating events. Composes memos and correspondence for supervisor?s review. Makes travel arrangements.Greets clients, talent, creative staff and executives.

Minimum of 4 years experience working as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant ONLY!!! BA/BS degree strongly preferred. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point,and Outlook) Experience with SAP is a PLUS! Strong reading, writing and communication skills (including spelling). Must be able to work under strict time constraints and meet deadlines.
