Provide administrative support to the executives of the division.
All administrative support to the executives regarding to document creation, filing, etc.
Coordination of all executive travel arrangements.
Responsible for the submission and reconciliation of all expense reports for the executives.
Creation and maintenance of reports as assigned.
Facilitating the process of all employee paperwork regarding new hires / terminations / transfers, etc. through the executive’s office to ensure the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of the paperwork.
Facilitating the process of employee evaluations through the executive’s office to ensure evaluations are processed timely and that compensation increase requests are completed accurately and processed in a timely fashion.
Creation of all presentation materials for the executive.
Facilitating the approval process for payables and expense reports needing the executive’s signature. Responsible coding and processing of all payables incurred by the executive’s office.
Maintenance of the organization charts for the division.
Dissemination of emails to other employees as appropriate for actions to be taken with regard to employee audits, etc.
Creation of new files and maintenance of files.
All other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Type 80-100 CWPM
Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong grammar and correspondence skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to learn company specific software packages.
Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
AA degree or equivalent experience
5+ years administrative experience (3-5 years with top level management)
