Job Summary:
Keystone Autism Services Executive Director serve in a highly responsible, senior executive leadership roles within Keystone Human Services. Agency Directors have a central leadership responsibility to assure that their agency consistently makes major contributions to Keystone's mission and strategy, doing so in a manner that optimizes the larger system with the intent to better serve all individuals and families supported by Keystone, placing the interest of the people served above personal ambition, achievement, or hierarchical status.

Executive Directors carry senior leadership responsibility for Keystone as a whole and will assume lead roles in Keystone-wide activities, such as: policy development, boards, training, mentoring, consultations, committees, and process action teams. Agency Directors have a major leadership responsibility to assure that they consistently and effectively represent their agency and Keystone in a very positive and professional manner, both internally and externally.

Executive Directors have specific responsibilities as Chief Executive Officers of one or more Keystone agencies accountable for the overall administration and direction of the agency and its services.

Responsibilities include: agency strategic planning, agency policy and procedure development, service development and integration, oversight of program operations, contract negotiation, contract and regulatory compliance, budget and finance administration, quality assurance, proposal and grant development, fund raising and public relations, consumer and community relations, relations with key elected and appointed public officials, media relations, collaboration with other Keystone executives, and Board relations.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, 4 years experience or Master's degree and 2 years experience; Candidates must have knowledge of human services to include program methodologies; regulatory and operational standards; fiscal management; and previous supervisory and management experience.
