Serves as confidential administrative secretary/office manager to the Lead Warden, handling all clerical duties pertaining to the office including policy and procedure monitoring and update, handling correspondence, scheduling and coordinating meetings, and assisting with coordination of the execution process. Maintains official documentation and contacts with the public, staff and media. Supervises Executive Secretary assigned to the Lead Warden's Office.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Recent experience providing customer service and administrative support in a professional office setting. Demonstrated skill in the use of Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel to accomplish office support requirements. Recent experience using office equipment (i.e. computers, printers, copier and fax machine). Demonstrated ability to comprehend policies and procedures. Ability to get along with people and communicate effectively verbally and non-verbally.
Associates Degree from an accredited college or university in Management of Office Practices or an related field desirable. Prefer working knowledge of supervisory skills and/or supervisory experience. Prefer prior experience in office management.
