Duties & Responsibilities
The purpose of this position is to provide confidential clerical support services to the administrator of Behavioral Health Services.

Courses or training in Office Occupations or Office Technology may be substituted for up to one year of the clerical/secretarial experience.
- three years of clerical/secretarial experience which included:
- one year at a full performance level performing typing, word processing, or other generating of documents; and
- lead work responsibility or coordination of office procedures.
No substitution will be made for the one year at the full performance level.

Transcripts must be submitted to receive credit for education coursework at the time of application. It is highly recommended that you attach your transcripts even if you meet qualifications with work experience. Transcripts are used as additional information if experience calculations cannot be made with work experience alone .
