Executive Talent Manager

The Manager of Talent Acquisition for Executive Search will be responsible for acquiring highly skilled executives through partnership of a team of five Executive Talent Advisors. This team is a strategic partner to our executive team to deliver premier senior leaders that support Intels growth and prosperity. Our executive recruiting services and competencies allows us to identify and attract leaders with the vision, industry expertise and technical insight to lead Intel.
This team is responsible for implementing a proactive recruiting strategy with new, creative tactics and deliver models that give us a competitive edge in the market. You will provide leadership, support, advocacy and vision to the organization to coordinate US-wide executive staffing and recruiting activities that are in line with the companys strategic direction and core values.
Design and implement a cohesive Executive-level talent acquisition strategy and build a winning staffing team to support the Companys strategic and growth Initiatives.
Partner and build close relationships with our agencies to delivery executive talent solutions.
Proactively know who and where the industry executive talent is located
Lead preparation and execution of innovative and cost-effective recruiting strategies and plans to meet talent objectives.
Understand market conditions for executive sources
Create and leverage a high performing executive recruiting team to create a scalable talent acquisition engine
Ensure recruiting processes and documentation is compliant with legal requirements and guidelines
Lead, orient, coach, mentor and manage executive talent advisors
Develop executive staffing strategy, business plan, budget, forecast and manage to annual plan
You are an expert strategist in executive recruiting. Best practices are your foundation, but creative thinking and business savvy allow you to apply them in new ways. You embrace change and ambiguity as necessary characteristics of a nimble, fast moving company, without ever losing sight of the greater corporate vision and goals at hand. You have either recruited or led an executive search group in hiring the game changers of companies you have supported and you love to talk about it!
Advanced degree in Business, Human Resources or Engineering, with an Operations Focus and at least 5+ years in management.
Successful career in Talent Acquisition for Executive level positions.
Ability to manage people to best performance levels while keeping team motivation high
Experience in high tech environments and understanding of the nuances of talent acquisition for a workforce predominantly made up of highly qualified professionals.
Deep understanding of workforce planning
