Duties & Responsibilities :
Creates weekly promotions for the Exit 33 complex, including the following venues:
Develops an effective marketing plan for promotions in relations to all venues.
Supplies appropriate radio stations with scripts for advertising.
Provides direction for NP buys, web banners, and billboards.
Submits marketing requisitions for all venues and acts as a liaison to the TS marketing department.
Provides assigned Graphic Designer in Marketing with direction.
Coordinates and continually monitors the social media pages for the Exit 33 complex.
Provides monthly entertainment calendars to internal departments and ensures that the calendars are posted to the Exit 33 website.
Coordinates text and email blasts.
Ensures data collection of guests who visit Exit 33; to include: cell phone numbers, email addresses, sex, and age.
Effectively coordinates retail and promotions efforts (logo items to be sold at the venues).
Coordinates outside promotions; utilizing promotional girls, models and outside promoters.
Coordinates internal signage for Exit 33 complex.
Effectively oversees the hiring, training, and scheduling of VIP Hosts and Promotions Assistants for the Exit 33 complex.
Provides direction to hired photographers and videographers; collecting pictures and videos from them for posting to appropriate sites.
Collaborates with the Sales department to provide assistance in selling the venues to visiting groups.
Collaborates with the Entertainment Talent Manager to coordinate appropriate after party’s to certain events that take place in the showroom and event center.
Consistently demonstrates the initiative to assist all nightlife staff when required by business.
Makes informed selections while making sure the Human Resources department and the Exit 33 Operations Manager are consulted appropriately.
Minimum Qualifications :
Must have an Associate’s Degree in a related field, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Must possess a minimum of 1-2 years related experience.
Must possess experience in event planning/promotions.
Familiarity with the production aspect of entertainment preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be flexible with regards to scheduling, nights and weekends are required.
Previous experience utilizing PNL software preferred.
Must be able to stand for an 8 hour shift.
Demonstrates the ability to move items up to 30 lbs. for distances up to 25 feet.
Possesses the ability to see, hear, understand, and respond to Staff Members’ requests in a loud environment.
Must be able to speak and understand English; continuous communication with a degree of professionalism and accuracy.
