Assist in the budgeting and processing of expenses for various fund complexes

Prepare annual operating expense budget and set accrual levels
· Calculate, review and monitor expense ratios
· Prepare periodic accrual analyses and make necessary accrual adjustments
· Review and allocate fund invoices
· Review monthly fund expenditures
· Assist with expense-related auditor questions and provide support as necessary
· Assist in establishing and maintaining policies and procedures for Expense team
· Research and assist in special projects as they arise
Proficient understanding of mutual fund expenses, ratios and accruals
· Dynamic personality with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
· Intermediate computer skills (Advanced in Excel preferred)
1 to 2 years experience within investment company industry
· Bachelors Degree (preferably in Finance or Accounting)
· Mutual Fund Accounting background preferred
