F/T Administrative Manager - Berks County, PA Position: Administrative Manager – Berks County, PA

Status: Part-time, Hourly
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Company Information: Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. (YAP) is one of the largest non-profit Youth and Family Support agencies working with high-risk youth and their families in the United States. Currently, YAP employs more than 2,000 plus dedicated workers and serves approximately 12,000 families per year. Our mission is to engage human service systems so that they rely less on institutional care and invest more in supporting families and neighborhoods. We currently work with child welfare, juvenile justice, behavioral health, disability, and education systems to develop and offer community-based alternatives for the highest risk children, young people, young adults and families.

Summary of the Position: Seeking a self-motivated and detail oriented individual to support multiple programs which serve children/youth/adults and their families across the Berks County, PA. Duties will include tracking authorizations, eligibility, monitoring billing, and entering new program information, supporting program expansion and providing support to program staff as needed. Ability to work independently; positive communication skills and customer service skills are essential! Knowledge of computer necessary, specific skills will be evaluated upon interview.

Qualifications/Requirements: High School diploma or GED required, Associates Degree preferred. Computer knowledge is necessary, specific skills will be evaluated upon interview. Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and car insurance limits of $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury liability. This position requires background checks to be completed.
