Company Information: Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. (YAP) is one of the largest non-profit Youth and Family Support agencies working with high-risk youth and their families in the United States. Currently, YAP employs more than 2,000 dedicated workers and serves approximately 10,000 families per year. Our mission is to engage human service systems so that they rely less on institutional care and to invest more in supporting families and neighborhoods. We currently work with child welfare, juvenile justice, behavioral health, disability, and education systems to develop and offer community-based alternatives for the highest risk children, young people, young adults and families.
Summary of the Position: The position of Administrative Manager is responsible for providing billing and human resource administrative support. They are also responsible for the coordination of appointments, the handling of client issues as needed, and to participate in team meetings for their assigned program, The Administrative Manger will oversee general office management responsibilities which include and not limited to ordering supplies, contacting necessary contracted services, i.e. copy machine vendor, landlord and repair services.
Qualifications/Requirements: A High School diploma is required or G.E.D., with commensurate experience or with one year certification from a technical school; an Associated Degree is preferred. Bilingual is a plus.
Appropriate state required background checks, obtained annually.
Valid Drivers' License
Must type a minimum of fifty (50) wpm

Education and/or Experience: Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and car insurance limits of $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury liability. This position requires background checks to be completed.
