The Facilities Coordinator I will be one of the on-site leaders for our organization at the unit. This role is expanding and one must have extremely strong communication, organizational and time management skills with the highest level of customer service. The FC I will develop, lead and maintain a variety of facilities management services within a local setting for a national client and focus on the needs and requirements using best practices. This position requires a highly motivated individual to act as a liaison between facilities and other groups as well as being an effective leader to promote internal development. Vendor Relations Duties:

Will assist in PO tracking for Google as well as putting contracts out to bid. Work in a client web based system to ensure contracts, SOW's, FSA's, etc. are in order and correct. Work closely with all the mangers to ensure their service levels are being met as well as maintaining up to date COI's and FSA's. This person will ensure all payments are made by vendors correctly and in a timely fashion. Physical Demands:

Rich background in facilities management

Excellent customer service and people skills complimented with strong creative problem solving skills.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.

Develop tools and methods to promote efficient and effective operations with the ability to recognize inefficiencies and propose corrective actions.

Ability to multi-task and establish tasks of staff.

Ability to maintain detail and organization in a changing environment.

Exhibit initiative, responsibility, and flexibility.

Ability to meet deadlines and make sound decisions, sometimes under stress.

Develop and implement site-specific office standards, policies and procedures.

Ability to identify inconsistencies in programs or procedures and communicate that upward in written proposal form.

Possess extensive analytical skills with ability to obtain and transmit data points.

Proven ability to write proposals to recommend organization changes.

Bachelors or Associates Degree

2+ years facilities experience in vendor relations
