E1. Is responsible for accuracy and check in of all deliveries.
E2. Is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of supplies to doctors lounges.
E3. Is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of supplies to all nursing units.
E4. Is responsible for the proper and timely placement of all deliveries within storage areas especially potentially hazardous and frozen foods.
E5. Understands the safety principles in the kitchen, adheres to them at all times, and reports problems to a supervisor.
E6. Understands the cleaning procedures for assigned equipment and cleans according to protocol at all times.
E7. Understands the HACCP principles and adheres to them.
E8. Knows where dishes, trays, etc. are to be placed after they are washed and takes them to the appropriate location (does not leave them in the dishroom).
E9. Adheres to and complies with HCA's ethics and compliance policies in the Code of Conduct.
Previous food service preparation preferred
1. Must be able to follow verbal and written directions
2. Must understand HACCP principles and the vital holding temperatures for hazardous foods and deliveries
