A Field Training Specialist is an effective communicator whose primary focus is effective training of new and existing Retail Media Specialists and Retail Media Merchandisers in an assigned District. The Field Training Specialist will act as a subject matter expert and will support the District as assigned by the District Manager. In addition, the Field Training Specialist is also responsible for professional and sales-driven communication with customer managers in their store locations. Field Training Specialists report directly to the District Manager.
Job responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:
Requires planning and organization on a daily/weekly basis for the completion of effective training of new and existing associates
Achieve associate retention KPI's by providing thorough training to all assigned associates
Require managing and planning on a weekly basis to maximize productivity and efficiency
Lead and direct individualized or group training for Anderson associates working in retailer's stores, participating in events, programs and initiatives as assigned by the DM and corporate
Responsible for all assigned Retail Media Specialists and Retail Media Merchandisers' initial training utilizing New Hire Training Checklist and Quizzes
Communicate field feedback and solutions to District Manager to improve training operations, communication efficiencies and effectiveness
Must have computer with high speed internet access, printing capabilities and be willing to dedicate time for minor office activities
Has working knowledge of BBY and Anderson systems utilized at the store level and can effectively train new associates on these systems
Build relationships with customers while creating brand awareness and a comfortable and friendly customer atmosphere
Build relationships with all levels of store sales associates and store management.
Knowledge of inventory management processes and procedures
Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with associates and customer
Other duties/projects as assigned or requested

Qualifications
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift objects and product up to a maximum of 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.
Work could be performed while sitting, standing or walking
Work performed will entail fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, as well as repetitive hand action
Work performed will include bending, twisting, squatting and climbing, as well as upper and lower body mobility
Ability to work flexible schedule including
mandatory
Sundays
Extensive travel within assigned region and overnight stays are required
Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
Expectations:
Demonstrates technical efficiency on computer, Microsoft Office Word, Excel and SMART device.
Knowledge of consumer electronics terminology, brands and specifications.
Experience/comfort level with electronics/technical products.
Independent and self-motivated.
Ability to effectively train in a group setting.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends (including Sunday.)
Provides District Managers with the following: store information, trainee's progress and other applicable store and employee specific information.
Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with all Anderson Merchandisers associates and outside contacts.
