THIS IS NOT A DEVELOPER ROLELOCAL CANDDATES ONLY FULL TIME NO H1BS AT THIS TIME Hyperion Administrator is responsible for Administration and Enhancements of the Hyperion environment Administration Assure the accuracy smooth and secure operation of our core planning system with over 200 Hyperion users Responsibilities include Oversee Oracle to Hyperion monthend actual loads Load statistical data Support monthly forecast and annual budget process Maintain Hyperion Planning Forms Business Rules Financial Reports and Web Analysis Reports for users Maintain Outline and Calc Scripts for Administrative duties Administer security Provide user support training documentation and communication Troubleshoot issues DevelopmentEnhancements This role is also tasked with driving continuous improvement to Improve system integrity Facilitate efficient system maintenance Automate routine administrative work as much as practical Work with IT to integrate information from other systems (Oracle Financials Oracle HR) Evolve our Hyperion applications to enhance forecasting and reporting capabilities for analysts and management Work with the FPA team to support driverbased scenario analysis using Essbase and other tools as needed Manage system upgrade and enhancement projects Supervise the engagement of thirdparty consultants for system upgrades and other projects as required Current time spent on responsibilities Hyperion Administration Support 60 Month End Forecast and AOP Tasks Support 5 Projects Development 35 Interacts with System Endusers (over 200) Sr Director FPA VP Finance Geographic Financial Directors Accounting IT
