In this highly visible role, (reporting directly to the CFO) you will have the unique opportunity to gain invaluable experience and have a large impact within this fast growing organization. You will be deeply involved with high-profile strategic and operational initiatives, working directly alongside the company's Controller and offering opportunities to interact with C-level executives; deliver business analytics and insights; make recommendations for short and long term decisions; and drive significant contributions. Specifically, this position will coordinate and facilitate the financial planning processes, monitor financial performance, report financial and operational results, and improve existing systems.

Responsibilities
  • Own quarterly reporting and analyses for all three financial statements, including all internal and external financial reporting obligations
  • Gather, consolidate, and analyze operating and financial results, including analysis of quarterly trends and drivers, budget vs. actual
  • Assist with senior management and Board business and financial planning, including presentations and key analysis requests
  • Maintain company forward operating model
  • Own the corporate financial planning calendar for annual operational planning, Board meetings, and long range strategic financial planning
  • Lead initiatives to continuously improve and automate forecasting and reporting tools
  • Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required

Requirements
  • B.S. in Finance, Accounting or equivalent, from a leading undergraduate institution
  • 8+ years of financial analysis experience from a Fortune 500, investment bank, or high growth firm (5 years minimum of FP&A or investment banking experience)
  • Superior analytical and modeling skills, in-depth experience with financial statement analysis and a strong understanding of corporate finance concepts
  • Extensive knowledge required: Excel, PowerPoint
  • Hyperion Planning, Essbase (or equivalent) preferred
  • Experience with regional and geographically diverse operations
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly, while maintaining control with limited supervision
  • Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure, tight deadlines and hyper growth environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a focus on business issues
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
