Interviews and enrolls eligible recipients in the following programs for MVP Health Plan; Medicaid, Family Health Plus, and Child Health Plus. Provides all membership services for clients and family members that the Facilitated Enroller (FE) has enrolled. Arranges appointment to clarify membership responsibilities for any client who is improperly utilizing a program. Must be friendly, tactful, and able to work independently with little direct supervision. Processes paperwork completely and accurately, including follow-up visit documentation and other necessary reports. Maintains professional, congenial relationships with local county and state agency personnel who refer eligible recipients to MVP. Must possess excellent communication skills in addition to being bilingual (Spanish). Adheres to MVP membership enrollment guidelines. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education: Associates Degree (AAS) (Bachelor s preferred). Equivalent marketing or facilitated enrollment experience may be considered.
Minimum Experience: At least 2 years experience as a facilitated enroller in government or public programs; HMO, insurance, marketing or educational experiences a plus.

" Excellent computer skills including strong working knowledge of Word and Excel; knowledge of Power Point and Access or similar software packages preferred;
" Must be able to work independently and be goal-oriented;
" Exceptional organizational and strong written and verbal communication skills required.
" Bilingual, Spanish and English, required.
" Significant local travel required.
" Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required.
