Department
: The Patient Access department at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Belleville, IL.

Position : The successful Facilitator in the Patient Access office f facilitates the day-to-day administrative operations of the department; Maintains department databases and reports; Provides administrative support services and conducts special projects as assigned; and, Provides for an organized communication flow and maintains confidentiality of information.

Requirements :
1. Associates degree or completion of college credits towards Business healthcare degree or a minimum of five (5) years experience in healthcare or Business office setting.

Preferences:

  • Ability to direct colleagues in a professional, productive manner;
  • Competent in both written and verbal communications with all populations;and
  • Experience in a career field directly related to patient registration
