Primary Function:
Oversee all activities pertaining to building maintenance, procurement and materials disposition. This includes but is not limited to the following duties and responsibilities.

Carry out N.E.W. security procedures/administration

1. Brief all new hire employees on policies

2. Set requirements and monitor adherence to established security policies

3. Code and issue security badges

Develop and Manage preventative maintenance program

1. HVAC, Heating and Cooling Systems

2. Appliance servicing and repair

3. Copier, Facsimile and Printer PM cycles

4. Water Systems

5. Company Vehicle

6. UPS Systems

7. Fire Suppression Systems

8. Generator

9. Pest control

Plan and Coordinate internal moves and set timelines for building improvement and construction activities

1. Appropriate necessary spaces required for the continued expansion of call center activities

2. Set priorities for the needs of personnel during relocation

3. Establish material needs and set cost parameters for all construction projects

Coordinate efforts and act as point of contact for Disaster Recovery plans

Manage contracts for outside services/vendors and oversee projects

Insure compliance with all City, County, State and Federal Health, Safety and Fire Ordinances

Manage mailroom and related areas

Manage reception activities and personnel

Maintain warehouse inventory

1. Establish inventory procedures

2. Set maximum and minimum stock levels

Oversee purchasing activities

Oversee and administer personnel parking program

1. Ensure personnel parking compliance

2. Act as liaison to Community Development Department

Participate in creation and administration of annual facilities budget

Responsibility for equipment repair, painting and clean-up projects

On call for facility emergencies 24hr

Act as liaison between customer service and logistics staff

1. Chairs or co-chairs Center's Monthly Safety Committee Meeting

2. Establish weekly meetings with Center Director

3. Brief New Hire Employees (NEO) concerning Ergonomics, Fire prevention, and Center Facility Policies

Oversee janitorial activities

1. Assign project priority

2. Identify special requirements for client visits

Manage a staff of approximately 10 employees

1. Provide performance feedback and follow-up

2. Administer corrective action as required

3. Provide OJT of new employees as required

Implements, standardizes and provides quality oversight for Corporate Facility Management practices at all NEW call center location

Provides purchasing oversight for the call centers


  • Requires Bachelors degree or at least 5 years of Facilities Management experience to include but not limited to Administration, budgets, all facets of maintenance, and security
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of computer programs such as Windows and MS Office
  • Record of success in motivating and leading a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a customer service orientation.
  • Must be proactive and anticipate the needs of customers.
  • Must be able to successfully coordinate a variety of tasks.
  • Excellent negotiation capabilities.
  • Multi-task oriented.
  • Must be able to multi-task with minimal supervision
  • Must have and Maintain a valid State drivers License
  • Able to routinely lift from a standing position, carry and/or transport up to 50 lb
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
