Primary Purpose of this Position:
Install, replace, repair and maintain all store equipment at the lowest possible cost. Provide field support to minimize company expense by completing scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and service calls. Perform site checks and inspections of store facilities to ensure optimal operation for stores and customers.

Essential Functions of this Job include but are not limited to:

Maintain all equipment and facilities in good working order.

Troubleshoot, diagnose issues, and make repairs to equipment in stores according to established procedures to minimize parts usage Complete scheduled or assigned Preventative Maintenance or special projects per scope of work and on schedule.

Maintain effective communication with Facility Support Manager. Communicate issues and provide feedback regarding maintenance issues, facility/equipment opportunities, and outside service vendor performance Utilize Viryanet to complete repair calls, close completed calls, enter resolutions for calls and update calls according to company policies and procedures.

Respond to high priority calls according to company guidelines.

Work efficiently to maximize time spent working on equipment.

Meet minimum company performance standards for area Properly maintain company vehicle and adhere to all local/state/federal laws and company policies regarding operation of a motor vehicle Attend and participate in all work-related meetings, scheduled inventories and training classes. Maintain all certifications as required by manufacturers and local/state/federal law Accurately maintain truck inventory and manage parts inventory according to company policy and procedures.

Maintain assigned tools according to company policy

Minimum Requirements

Education/Experience/Skills include but are not limited to:
Sheetz Training

Tech Training

Trade Training

High School diploma or equivalent

Valid Drivers License


Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical repair

Desired- working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic repair

Mechanical and electrical aptitude, good people skills, ability to work under pressure


Courses in mechanical repair, electrical repair, and/or electronic repair

Electronic ability in troubleshooting

Good communication skills

The starting hourly rate for this position will be discussed during the interview process.
