The Infrastructure team is looking for a motivated Factory Warehouse Supervisor to manage our new factory. We are looking for a technology-centric individual with a strong manufacturing/operations/warehouse logistics management background in coordinating multiple projects at various stages. This position requires the ability to manage a team, direct and balance a variety of diverse requests, priorities, and activities. You must have a thorough understanding of both the business needs and the technologies being utilized to implement the business solution, a proven track record of driving operational improvements in service level and service quality in production environment, and experience reporting metrics on the operations. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on infrastructure, operations, and global supply chain.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide project management and team leadership for the Factory warehouse personnel

Responsible for manufacturing, quality assurance, materials, logistics, shipping/receiving, directing the day-to-day operations of the business.

Management of the team responsible for all warehouse operations at the factory, which includes work allocation, training, and problem solving

Create and track key performance indicators that assist in effectively managing the factory with a goal of continuous improvement

Own and drive various operational process and organizational improvements for the infrastructure and global supply chain teams

Ensure compliance with the organizations policies and procedures, as well as the safety standards.

Coordinate freight manifests of both dedicated and non-dedicated truck loads to other facilities.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

A sound understanding of a wide variety of operational methodologies and be able to adapt quickly to apply the right processes and procedures to make the factory a success

Must understand the underlying technologies and risks/constraints of manufacturing and operations

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment

Success at achieving advanced technology goals on-time and on-budget

Excellent communication and negotiation skills: ability to define deeply and communicate what needs to be done, and successfully drive it to completion- Ability to adapt to a continually changing workload and quickly problem-solve

Preferred Job Qualifications:
5+ years experience in leadership role supporting warehouse operations in a customer facing Internet services environment

Knowledge of international shipping processes

Experience with fixed assets management and both internal and external audits

Strong project management skills - advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Oracle, and warehouse inventory management software
