Join our team of talented physicians, mid level clinicians, behavioral health providers and dental team in providing excellent comprehensive primary care to the under served populations of Boulder County, Adams County and surrounding Denver Metro areas.

We are looking for dedicated certified family practice NP/PAs who enjoy practicing in a primarily Spanish-speaking, nationally recognized, community health care setting and who are interested in working as float providers to fill in for CFHS clinicians who are on leave. These positions tend to transition into regular part-time or full time positons down the road, if so desired.

Some details of the position include: flexible hours, progressive, team-work based medical model; collegial, supportive, and consulting-focused envirnonment; providers are exposed to creative and resourceful ways to manage patient care; a three week new provider orientation including 12 EMR training sessions and ramp up period. Compensation is competitive and includes 17% up-pay for float position.

Qualifications and skills; graduate of an accredited NP/PA program, national certification, valid CO license and DEA, three years of experience in ambulatory health care, computer literate with EMR experience preferred, intermediate Spanish speaking skills and sensitivity to low income, ethnic minority communities. Must possess the ability to flourish in a team management system, have excellent leadership skills and a coaching approach to relationships.
