This position will be responsible for providing a range of moderately complex clinical services (diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, individual, family and group therapy, etc.) with children, adolescents, and identified adults. This is accomplished by the following responsibilities: Administers, scores and interprets assessment instruments; Completes any identified diagnostic assessments and completes the SAFY Diagnostic Assessment Form (DAF); Participates in the development of the Treatment Plan/Individual Service Plan; and Provides ongoing mental health/clinical services as needed or are required by contract.
