We currently have an opportunity for self-motivated individual to fill a full-time Business Analyst position in our Information Technology department. The Business Analyst serves as a point of contact for stakeholders regarding product/service delivery that is core or specialized and requires system expertise. Responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating, specifying, verifying and managing the needs of the project stakeholders to achieve the scope and/or business requirements. Serve as the conduit between the stakeholders and IT team members. Works with various departments to promote high quality product development and to ensure User Acceptance Testing and procedural documentation is completed for new projects and existing system development and/or enhancement. Provides process management and improvement expertise within Epysis for various business units to accommodate and meet departmental and organizational goals and objectives.
Responsible for writing requirement specifications according to standard templates, using simple language clearly, unambiguously, and concisely, while analyzing high-level business and user requirements and rewrite them into functional requirements.
Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project or implementation, by following current requirements practices, and providing suggestions for continuous improvement.
Tests ending product or process from the perspective of functionality, usability, reliability, integration and performance, sharing those results while diagramming processes and providing documentation of QA activities as assigned.
Develops a strong understanding of stakeholder objectives and assesses their business strategies and needs in relation to their objectives, by ensuring effective ongoing communication to maintain high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
Participates in discussions and collaborates with departments and the technology CUSO to ensure work is flowing effectively and timely throughout the organization and ensures the delivery of the product or services is successful.
Fulfills Epysis report requests that require system functionality to ensure the development and deployment is executed. This is including but not limited to helping the business units with scope definition, layout, prioritization, change management and user acceptance.
Act as key liaison between the stakeholder and information technology or the technology CUSO in the approval of requirement specifications, testing and implementation plans to ensure consistent delivery and coordination of the project or process completion.
Partner with IT and outside technology vendors to enhance current functionality of the operating system and/or look for new systems and processes that enable the continued delivery of service to team members and management, as well as maintain the alignment with strategic initiatives.
Develop and update appropriate training programs to enhance cross-departmental group of subject matter experts of the Epysis system.
Review user group change requests, obtaining management approval and ensuring changes are made accurately and within set guidelines.
Review Epysis releases and identify opportunities for improved process efficiency and automation that further strategic objectives by ensuring stakeholders are properly informed of available enhancements.
Troubleshoot processes related to system production issues to ensure timely resolution with all applicable internal and external parties to minimize member impact.

Education : 4 year college degree in a business related field or actively enrolled in a 4 year program
Experience : ***4 or more years or related experience
Required Knowledge: Knowledge of analysis processes and procedures.
Knowledge of financial institution processing systems, Symitar preferred.
