Fashion/ Retail Store Management Team -
Spotlight, a leading event marketing firm along the Twin Cities, is looking for passionate people to join the retail management and promotions team. We need energetic, outgoing, and stylish beauty and cosmetic experts to lead our stores in the delivery of exceptional customer service and operational results. If you have a love for:
Coaching and mentoring others in customer service, sales skills, visual presentation, and promotions
Driving business results through positive interactions and by modeling the skills/behaviors to achieve success;
Ensuring every customer leaves our stores having had an amazing shopping experience;

While we love to create amazing shopping experiences, working at Spotlight isn’t always glamorous. We ask that all of our associates help to maintain great looking events; so you’ll be asked to pick-up merchandise from the floor, maintain inventory, generate revenue, ensure a great looking visual presentation and complete other tasks related to maintaining our campaigns and events.
For helping lead our stores and managing a team of associates you’ll receive:

Ability to work weekends and travel to event locations
