Amazon’s North American Seller Services organization is seeking a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, creative candidate to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving a key company-wide initiative to develop customer success stories to be featured on the Amazon.com homepage and other channels. This person will help develop stories early in the process, do customer interviews, and provide editorial and copy editing quality control. Must understand how to tell a compelling story, create reader empathy in a short space, and create cliffhanger headlines that drive clicks. This person will be responsible for raising the bar on customer success stories and creating buzz and awareness about the thousands of small business thriving on Amazon. You will be part of the Seller Services team, located at our corporate headquarters campus in Seattle, WA.
Develop customer stories that engage and captivate readers
Develop and measure program goals using analytical tools. Use results to drive strategic direction and growth of the program
Drive aggressive editorial calendar and deliver a healthy pipeline of stories
Ensure proper vetting and approvals
Position, communicate and evangelize the program internally and to customers
Maintain and continuously improve processes that identify, qualify, and recruit new customers into the program
Drive program rollout globally
4+years writing experience in web, broadcast or print
Experience with Photoshop and basic HTML
Prior customer reference program experience
Post graduate degree
Headline and news writing and packaging skills
