The Client Financial Management Specialist will be responsible for the following: Working with engagement executives to set up and coordinate an engagement(s)' work, financial management processes, tools, and reporting structure, including analyzing financial results for the engagement team(s), the client(s), and the appropriate internal organizations Ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, Accenture finance policies and local statutory requirements Supervising CFM Analyst(s) and, if applicable, other members of the engagement financial support Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role Must be a US Citizen Preferred Skills Requirements Good knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Sarbanes-Oxley Strong Excel skills Experience with Government Accounting Experience with Deltek Costpoint Experience with Microsoft Access Financial accounting experience including skills in reconciliation, invoice preparation, processing financial transactions, and preparing financial budgets Demonstrated supervisory skills and the ability to leverage support from other parts of the organization Proven ability to work independently and as a team member Ability to be flexible and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational, multi-tasking and analytical skills Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
