The receptionist/test center assistant will assist the division personnel with various secretarial tasks such as filing, answering phone, greeting the public, completing registrations for classes, etc. The individual shall display a pleasant, professional demeanor and demonstrate good customer service skills. The assistant will also admit and proctor professional exams and approve/certify exam results. The individual will also assist in running test center software.
This position is for a student worker eligible for federal work study. Must be punctual and available to work some Saturdays and some evenings. Good communication and telephone skills are desired. PC knowledge and MS Office skills required. Must be willing to become a certified provider for various testing organizations. IT experience is a plus. Training will be provided.

Work Schedule Summary:
20 hours per week. Hours will vary depending on division’s needs.
Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; Saturday 8:00 a.m. - Noon
