As one of our autonomous and remote Field Marketing Reps, you’ll travel extensively by car throughout your assigned territory, scheduling your own appointments, distributing marketing materials and developing positive working relationships with important group contacts in order to generate viable leads. Making presentations are a regular part of your day; so is resolving customer and account issues to maintain customer confidence. We prefer applicants with 2+ years’ experience in sales or marketing and/or managing an assigned territory. A property and casualty license would also be an asset. All candidates must have the desire to succeed, integrity and a strong work ethic, plus:
demonstrated territorial management capabilities
confidence in speaking before large groups and making winning presentations
exceptional time management, verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum starting annualized salary: $61,438. Company car is available.
This position will be based out of Santa Clarita or Bakersfield and will cover the surrounding areas. It will involve approximately 1-2 overnight stays per month.
