This individual will be responsible for driving service delivery and profitability and leading a team of 7 to 10 service technicians and installers. Key performance metrics will include on-time delivery success, services revenue and profit attainment against budget, thoroughness and accuracy of statements of work, customer satisfaction ratings, and retention and skill development of services team members. This individual will review and approve the services component of sales bids and proposals, will work closely with sales team to ensure full alignment and support, and will ensure consistency with the companys services methodology, process and metrics.

This position requires a minimum of five years of technology industry Professional Services experience with at least two years at the management level experience of a Professional Services organization. Strong leadership, communication, organization, customer service and people management skills. College degree preferred. PMP and Microsoft Project a plus
