In this role, you will:
Assist department manager and senior engineers in developing and coordinating detailed plans for the installation and commissioning of projects
Assist in commissioning tasks and assignments for particular aspects of the detailed plans
Assist with troubleshooting activities to diagnose problems. Develops solutions and performance testing to ensure correct resolution
Assist in development of training programs and presentations for clients
Collects and compiles technical information for presentations
Develop knowledge of company products, customer base and application of engineering principals and standards to assignments
Perform a variety of related engineering tasks and assignments as assigned and requested
Provide support in response to customer calls for service. Ensures appropriate response and service is provided to customer
Promote sales of maintenance services
Associates degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Technology or related discipline
Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job)

Solid computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office applications
Ability to learn and follow defined departmental policies, procedures and practices
Be able to make decisions with regards to completion of tasks and job methods and follow through with results of outcome
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills essential
Be able to interact and communicate with internal customers (internal customers may include production, engineers, and management personnel)
Ability to prioritize workload and shift work activities in order to meet business needs and department goals, essential
Be able to independently arrange and organize work efforts on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Be able to meet tight deadlines
Ability to multi-task on a consistent basis
Ability to conceptualize and implement performance objectives that meet established requirements
Demonstrates a high degree of personal and professional ethics and integrity
Ability to make recommendations regarding job methods and departmental procedures
Ability and desire to learn new skills quickly
