ThyssenKrupp Elevator Americas is currently seeking an experienced Field Service Superintendent to join our world class Orlando, FL branch office.

The Field Service Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all elevator and escalator maintenance contracts and ensuring that monthly preventative service is provided in a timely manner.

Duties include:
Supervising mechanics and helpers.

Monitoring all new and existing maintenance contracts.

Attending customer meetings with sales staff at job sites.

Providing technical assistance during the job proposal phase.

Managing the diagnostic tools.

Fleet administration.

Monitoring and purchasing supplies and equipment.

Performing some payroll duties for the department.

Job Requirements :
Qualifications :
Requires HS/GED, completion of some college coursework a plus

Requires at least 5 years related experience in Elevator service operations. CANDIDATES WITHOUT ELEVATOR EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED

Requires ability to work with MicroSoft Office applications, including Word and Excel; Oracle experience a plus
