Maintain desktop PC computing environment including hardware, software, peripherals, and mobile devices in a professional corporate environment.
Work may include installing new hardware and software as part of the lease swap-out process.
Customers supported will include company executives.
While there may be occasional overtime, this is primarily a 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM weekday position.
A+ Certification required and 2 years experience providing customer service for desktop and laptop computer hardware, software and peripherals in a corporate environment highly preferred.
Experience supporting mobile phones and tablets (e.g. iPhones, iPads, etc.) in a corporate environment is also required. Excellent customer service and communication (written and verbal) skills are required.
Since this position will support company executives, executive presence is a necessity.
Candidate must be a self-starter who can take initiative, work independently, have good time-management skills, and an excellent work ethic.
