Extensive experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and grant management, and in-depth knowledge of donor regulations are required. A degree in accounting or MBA is desirable.

Communicating professionally and in a timely fashion with donors and partners to ensure effective grant management and advance program implementation.
Ensuring that programs come in within budget.
Drafting budget proposals and budget narratives, and drafting financial reports that meet donor requirements.
Ensuring smooth operation and information flow among CCE’s diverse programs and affiliated programs.
