We are currently seeking a Finance Manager Tea to overall support fast growing NWNA Tea business providing financial analysis and data compilation partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Development, Field Finance, and Accounting.

Primary Responsibilities:
Participate in the compilation and analysis of actuals and all financial forecasts, including:

Annual Plan, Target, Market business strategy (MBS), quarterly and monthly forecasts
Support detailed planning and forecasts with analytics
Reconciliation & analysis of forecasts to actual and plan
Bottoms up MOGE planning, forecasts, and analytics
Creation of Tea/Executive Team Presentations
Load necessary data into our Essbase Financial Planning System

Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Participate and challenge sales forecasts during monthly sales forecasting reviews
  • Analytic support for strategic ad hoc projects as we build the business
Required:
Undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting or Finance
6-10 years of responsibility in Finance/Accounting with at least 3-5 years of combined Financial Planning / Decision Support experience in a CPG Company
Strong understanding of forecasting and planning in a consumer and customer-oriented environment
Advanced system and modeling skills
Strong Excel skills
Proficient in Essbase or other multi-dimensional modeling tools
Hands-on approach to business; not reluctant to “roll-up their sleeves” and get involved in all aspects of the business

Preferred:
Prior experience with Essbase and PowerPoint
Prior experience in Corporate Planning and Analysis to include forecasting and planning
Prior Strategy experience/modeling experience
Prior experience in Customer Development/Generating Demand and CRM systems
