Assist the Program TRiO E.O.C. Coordinator as well as PCC students and staff as needed.
Answer phone to schedule and confirm appointments for Program Coordinator as well as answer general questions regarding financial aid, admissions or any other related questions to higher education. Will make appropriate referrals to departments or community agencies when needed. Assist Program Coordinator with community outreach. This may include presentations to community organizations, preparation of flyers, brochures etc. Assist with finding scholarship opportunities via the internet to post to the TRiO E.O.C. MUST SUCCESSFULLY PASS A PRE-EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND CHECK
Must have good customer service, computer and phone etiquette skills. Ability to follow directions and work independently. Good verbal and written skills. Reliable and willing to work as a team player. Knowledge of financial aid and admissions process. Attention to detail a must. Office experience a plus. No desired program of study required.
