Summary: Assist Services Operations by providing timely and accurate financial reports and analysis, and ensure that job cost financial expectations are met through sound project controls. Essential

Duties Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze the work in process report on an ongoing basis.
Interface with field project managers and senior management on all aspects of project accounting.
Provide job cost tracking, analysis and reporting to all project stakeholders to facilitate successful project completion.
Coordinate with the Accounting department and report on or reconcile accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, job costing and general ledger posting issues.
Work with project managers on billing verification and collection matters.
Monitor project setup forms and parameters.
Work with customers as required assisting project managers with obtaining proper purchase orders, change orders and other issues.
Provide project managers timely underbill and overbill status reports.
Other projects and duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
BA/BS in Accounting or related field
2-4 years financial construction or job cost experience required.
Construction industry experience required; wireless industry experience preferred.
Ability to take initiative, organize and prioritize work.
Ability to analyze operational data, interpret business drivers and develop performance measures and recommendations.
Must demonstrate advanced knowledge and ability to work with Excel, Outlook and Internet navigation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
