This position is for a financial analyst to support Commercial COE for the Packaging Platform. You will be responsible for monthly reporting and driving integrated customer and SBU quarterly forecasts and annual plans. You will provide analysis and support processes that provide timely and accurate data to facilitate active decision making by SBU finance leaders. You will be an integral part of process transformation and standardization across the Packaging Platform.
Prepare and analyze standard commercial and innovation reporting across the packaging platform – including Strategic Account revenue & margin results, Commercial Pipeline opportunities, and the Innovation Portfolio
Develop and maintain Commercial Finance “Playbook” to drive line of sight and accountability to the Commercial Primary Metrics at the Strategic Account level and beyond
Support enterprise reporting for the Commercial Excellence strategic initiative
Support integration of Strategic Account planning with SBU demand planning and yearly planning process
Support integration of strategic account plans with Innovation portfolio, Emerging Markets, and Growth Capital plans
Support master data integrity and maintenance of existing systems including, PPM and Commercial Productivity
Support monthly closing process through monthly data validation and coordination with SBU Finance and Finance COE
Help drive process improvements and standardization to drive consistency in financial practices across the packaging platform
BS degree in finance, accounting, economics or business
0-5 years of financial or business analysis experience
Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Able to communicate complex topics in an effective and concise manner
Process-driven; proven analytic and problem-solving abilities
Strong business acumen
Customer focused orientation
