Under general supervision, responsible for conducting and documenting moderate to complex financial analysis projects.

Essential Functions:
• Prepares analysis of departmental performance levels
• Develops and implements new techniques for performance analysis and metrics
• Uses professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a variety of problems
• Supports Management with ad hoc reporting requests
• Work closely with off shore partners in preparation and documentation or all workflow documents and procedures
• Assist with new and continuing training of personnel (on shore and off shore)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 – 5 years of related experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (excel, word, outlook)
• Knowledge of Oracle Application
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks as appropriate
• Must be flexible and have the ability to adapt to a changing environment
