Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of industry experience, with a combination of public accounting, operations and/or private industry experience. Candidates should exhibit strong technical and analytical skills as well as exceptional communication skills. Candidates should be energetic, self-motivated, team-oriented individuals with fresh ideas and innovative solutions who



-Assist in the audit and review of financial statements for 160+ fund of hedge funds

-Assist in the preparation of SEC reports (10-Q and 10-K).

-Assist in the quarterly filings for registered investment companies

-Consolidating, analyzing and coordinating various Firm-wide quarterly financial results and related reporting.

-Work with auditors regarding documentation and support for quarterly reporting and the year-end audit.

-Financial instruments exposure and research

-Researching of technical developments related to accounting (GAAP, FASB, etc) pronouncements and SEC reporting requirements

-Assist in the quarterly and/or annual filings with the National Futures Association (NFA) and Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA)

-Ad-hoc projects

-Financial instruments experience preferred, including equities, swaps, options, futures, bonds, and other financial derivatives

-CPA preferred but not required

-Hedge fund experience preferred but not required

-Possess strong technical and analytical skills

-Audit experience preferred but not required

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Ability to summarize issues, develop recommendations and make decisions

-Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time to meet high pressure deadlines

-Team player - energetic, enthusiastic, and personable
