The Risk Analytics leads play a critical role in helping to build Accenture's North American analytics practice in banking, payments, insurance, capital markets and wealth management. The leads will support the Risk Analytics Offering lead in the development of relevant offering strategies, assets, capabilities and resources. The role will also support the Industry Analytics Practice leads, the North America analytics sales team and Financial Service client teams in the sale and delivery of analytics work. Sales leads may also be required to manage an Accenture vendor alliance relationship. Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities for the Risk Analytics leads include, but are not limited to: I. In support of the Risk Offering lead: Contribute to Offering and Image Development - Helps shape Risk analytics strategy and industry offerings Supports offering marketing / education within Accenture Supports thought-capital leadership Builds networks and relationships within FS industries and participates in FS external forums to enhance Accenture Analytics market position Asset and Solution Development - Helps develop delivery and sales assets which support Risk analytics offerings Helps shape the development of Risk 'managed service solutions' through the Accenture product development process Practice Capability Development - Helps drive identification, recruitment and integration of skilled analytic resources into the practice Contributes to the mentoring and development of high performing resources Helps shape and deliver training to increase skills of analytics resources Helps shape and deliver education programs to help industry partners / teams understand Risk analytics Alliance management - Helps identify, develop and manage relationships with key analytics partners Helps build analytics partner capabilities into Accenture offerings and solutions Facilitates the introduction of analytic partners into Accenture and to Accenture client teams Manages a pipeline of work associated with analytics partner II. In support of the FS Analytics Practice leads, the North America analytics sales team and Financial Service client teams Relationship Development - Contributes to the development of relationships with analytics executives across key FS clients Participates in and brings Risk analytics expertise to the client account planning process Business Development - Helps shape and deliver Risk analytics-related presentations to client Helps shape analytics solutions (activities, resourcing, pricing) to meet key client needs Helps shape and deliver Risk analytic proposals, including participation in orals presentations Delivery - Capable of leading large-scale Risk analytics engagements Capable of acting as chief Value Architect to ensure all Risk engagements identify and deliver maximum value for client Supports chief solution/technical/data architects with smooth transition of analytic consulting engagements / POC into analytics managed service / run solutions Professional Requirement: This is a client facing role and requires travel as needed (to 80%) Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Minimum of Bachelor degree, MBA preferred Minimum of 8 years experience in Risk Management or Risk Analytics Minimum of 7 years experience in Financial Services (banking, payments, insurance, capital markets) and Financial Services consulting Professional Skills: Offering Skills: Consulting Offering Development Consulting Asset and Thought-Capital Development Industry Networks and Relationships Building Consulting Organization - recruiting, hiring, developing and mentoring resources - Development Alliance management Business Development Skills: Proposal Development Value Proposition Development Deal Shaping Engagement / Solution Shaping Pricing Strategy & Execution Solution Pursuit Management Win Strategy Development Engagement Delivery Skills: Engagement / Delivery Leadership for Large Complex Analytics projects Business Case Development Value Architect Skills General Skills: Proven problem analysis and problem solving skills Strong customer references Exceptional presentation skills - dynamic presenter with ability to convey technology and business value propositions.
