Profiles existing and potential customers to determine banking needs and recommends appropriate products and services Achieves cross-sell ratio, deposit and loan goals. Maintains knowledge of bank products, services and sales campaigns. Provides friendly and accurate customer service promoting customers satisfaction through cross-selling and follow-up functions. Reviews, processes and /or prepares documentation for new accounts, consumer loans and Cashline requests. Makes telemarketing calls to potential customers. Ensures adherence to legal and bank requirements. May Prospect new customers and set up new account relationships. May conduct branch sales meetings to increase product knowledge and achievement of branch sales goals. May provide rates and loan information to clients. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: 2 years of demonstrated sales experience and working knowledge of bank products OR 1 years progressive branch or operational banking experience including 6 months selling experience. 6 months computer experience. Completion of the CB&T FSR certification program within the first year on the job. Preferred Qualifications: Strong customer service skills. Experience cross-selling services. Basic math skills. High School degree or equivalent.
This position requires Federal Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), in accordance with the SAFE Act.
