Profiles existing and potential customers to determine banking needs and recommends appropriate products and services Achieves cross-sell ratio, deposit and loan goals. Maintains knowledge of bank products, services and sales campaigns. Provides friendly and accurate customer service promoting customers satisfaction through cross-selling and follow-up functions. Reviews, processes and /or prepares documentation for new accounts, consumer loans and Cashline requests. Makes telemarketing calls to potential customers. Ensures adherence to legal and bank requirements. May Prospect new customers and set up new account relationships. May conduct branch sales meetings to increase product knowledge and achievement of branch sales goals.



Required Qualifications: 5 years new accounts experience in the financial industry including 1 year opening commercial accounts and sales prospecting. Completion of the CB&T FSR certification program within the first year on the job. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of branch bank operations and banking products. Strong customer service skills. Strong math skills. High School degree or equivalent preferred.

This position requires Federal Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), in accordance with the SAFE Act.
