Preferred: Dietary; related experience in a healthcare or culinary setting.

Department Position Summary:
Will strive to practice, follow and encourage the visions of Erlanger Health System and Sodexho Services. Must possess excellent customer service skills, hospitable and kind, takes initiative, is self motivated, flexible, and able to work with limited supervision. Works tray line assembling patient trays. Responsible for menu heading, passing, collection, and diet changes for assigned floors. May delivered and pick up food carts as assigned. Responsible for completion of cleaning assignments and other duties assigned by management/supervisor. Will follow posted work schedules, payroll procedures and attendance guidelines. Will maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times with current departmental standards and policy. May be required to work flexible hours, days off and overtime as required by operational workloads. May be asked to assist in other areas as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
