Department Position Summary:
Will strive to practice, follow and encourage the vision and mission of Erlanger Health System and Sodexho Services. Responsible for accurately assembling patient food trays per diet order. Responsible for maintaining daily high standards of food and personnel safety, sanitation, and "Clean as You Go" practices. Responsible for the daily use and care of needed equipment and tools. Responsible for the requisitioning and inventory of food and non-food supplies from storage areas. Responsible for communicating to supervision any changes needed in order to meet production standards. Will follow proper labeling, rotation, and quality control practices. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times in compliance with current department standards and policy. Will follow posted work schedules, payroll procedures and attendance guidelines. May be required to work flexible hours, days off, and overtime as required by operational workloads. May be asked to assist in other areas as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
