Must be able to read and write English.
• High school diploma required
• Must be able to stand / lift / repetitive movement including twisting turning
• Able to lift 40+ lbs
• Serve Safe, safety, Hazcom, and customer service training class certifications. Must attend all other company sponsored training classes.
• Always wear proper uniform attire, including plastic gloves and bio-stem thermometer when prepping or serving.
• General courtesy requires you clean up after yourself. Do not leave it for someone else.
• Assembling and Packing Meats according to specifications
• Labeling according to specification
• Sanitize and maintain all cutlery to specifications
• Maintain sanitation in the cutting area
• Perform repetitive movements over long time periods
• Standing for long time periods
• Work in extreme environment – cold and wet
